Position Encoder

The PositionEncoder component exposes IO for reading the position of a joint. Supports prismatic, revolute and path joints. This is useful for monitoring the position of passive (unpowered) joints.

Properties

  • Joint: The joint for which the position should be reported.
  • Position: The current position of the joint.

IO

  • Position: (Output) The current position of the joint.
